About the Competition

Teachers, teacher educators, government organizations, individuals/institutes engaged in eContent development, school-age children, and college students can participate in the competition.

The eContent should be educational, targeting learners at any stage of schooling from Foundational to Secondary. The eContent can be an audio, video, or new media. The content should be aligned with NEP (2020).

It should promote critical thinking; holistic, inquiry-based, discovery-based, discussion-based, and analysis-based learning and adhere to humanstic, ethical, constitutional, and universal human values.

No, there is no limit to the number of entries an individual/organization can send. However, a separate application must be submitted for each entry.

The producer of the winning entry will receive a prize money of 40,000/- if their programme is selected in the Best Programme category or 5,000/- if selected in the Jury Appreciation category, along with a trophy and certificate. Winners of the Individual Excellence category (e.g., Editor, Director, Actor, UI Designer, etc.) will be awarded 5,000/- prize money, trophy, and certificate.

Additionally, winners will gain enriching experiences in workshops, and winning teachers will be given preference in other national awards such as the NTA.

No, there is no entry fee.

In the case of a tie, the prize amount will be equally divided among the winners.

The venue for the final event of the competition will be announced soon.

The final event is usually conducted offline over 2–3 days. It includes:
  • Screening of selected entries
  • Discussions and interaction with the jury
  • Cultural events and exhibitions
  • Award ceremony to felicitate winners

Yes. The inauguration and award ceremony is live-streamed on our official YouTube channel.

No separate intimation will be sent. The final list of winning programmes will be published on the portal, and winners will be announced and felicitated at the award ceremony, which will also be live-streamed on our official YouTube channel.

About the Application Form

No. You can submit multiple applications by registering once with an email ID. The record of all entries submitted by one user will be visible on dashboard of your account on the portal.

The category must be chosen carefully at the first stage of the application, as it cannot be changed once submitted. If a wrong category is selected and submitted, the only option is to register with a different email address and restart the application process.

Yes. Apart from the information provided in the first section of the application, you can edit all other details before the final submission. However, no changes will be allowed after the final submission. Therefore carefully examine your filled application form in the preview section before the final submission.
